Our waiter was delightful. Pizza was very tasty. Only suggestion I have is to pipe music or something in for dining room. Hearing the phone ring (loudly) and kitchen staff banter was not ideal. But would definitely come again!
Pizza was good. Ordered a large meat lovers. Pizza came out fast the server was good. He checked back on us several times. The only thing I don't like is that if you want to know any prices you have to look them up on line. I understand why Pizza Hut does it ---I just don't like it. Would I be back ? Sure!
I really like their boneless BBQ wings. I am not much on pizza here. However my girls like there stuffed crust and pasta as well. It is convenient that you can go online and order. Pick up is great , if you want to swing by after work, or late at night. Service is always great. I would recommend them for a quick bite to eat in Loudonville.
We had a great experience here. I would say it was an example of excellent customer service. Background: we had to look for a venue that could accommodate 40+ people for an evening meal. Quite honestly there aren't too many places in the area which could be managed by our somewhat limited budget with the timeline we were restricted. Pizza Hut fit our bill (no pun intended) to meet our needs, and the manager was very willing to work with us. Pizza and salad buffet was very good. I had not eaten at Pizza Hut for quite some time, and I had forgotten how good some of their pizzas were. They offered decent selection and freshness for the salad bar. I thought $8.99 was such a steal of a deal with soft drink. Our group was primarily consisted of 20 something with a handful of older adults and a few younger kids. I think everyone had more than enough to eat and had a very good time spending time together. Overall, excellent dining experience with good food and customer service. Thanks for providing us a chance to make a fun memory with Family and Friends on our special night.
